New E-mail Features
UBIC has enhanced the e-mail features directly from UBIC
Cancel Reserves - Save time. Instead of phoning your customers to let them know a book on reserve has come in, now you can send them an e-mail when you cancel the reserve.
This feature has demonstrated a huge increase in customer response as many customers receive e-mail at work or on their cell phones. Stopping on their way home from work is more convenient than listening to their voice mail at home and making a special trip.
E-mail Customer a Message - Need to contact a customer? Compose and send an e-mail to a customer from Update Customer.
E-mail a New Customer - Instead of just printing a list of new customers, the End-of-Day Report gives you the option to send an e-mail to new customers. Use the default message or create your own to let your new customers know you appreciate their patronage.
